Our first stop was in Springfield, Mo., to visit friends and do some exploring. From the Route 66 celebration of 100 years to the last homes of Laura Ingles Wilder in Mansfield, Mo., we found some fun spots to show you. Then we’ll be in St. Louis for some of the places we wanted to see. Before we actually get to the adventures of Louis and Clark, we’ll be showing you you these Louis and Clark side trips.
