Travel With Us — At Your Pace
Barney and I are a senior citizen couple who love exploring out-of-the-way places in our RV. We started on this journey while Barney was working at a nonprofit trade association. Whenever he had a meeting with member companies, I went with him, and we added on a few days for travel. We loved finding out-of-the-way spots in small towns, meeting the local people, and learning to appreciate the history of the U.S.
Join us as we keep finding gems and posting what we find. We’ll be looking for the places you might like to see but but haven’t yet.
So what is AYP? It stands for At Your Pace, and is the name we used for our first business: training non-computer people how to turn on and use their computers, at their own pace.
Since then we’ve used the name for selling our devotionals/Bible studies (WalksWithTheFather.com), running our back office bookkeeping business for small businesses and nonprofits (it’s now closed since we’re retired), and now writing our blog so our 7 grandkids, friends not on FaceBook, and new friends along the way can follow us as we travel.
Join us as we travel – at your pace!
P.S. If you want to know how we got started on RV traveling, check out the category on the right: behind the scenes/how we started RVing.
