We’re packed up and are off for our latest adventure. We need to have clothes for warm weather (for the first couple of weeks) and then for cold and wet weather. Lots of organizing to get enough clothes and supplies on board for two months.
The new truck pulls so much easier than the less powerful truck, and the new, stronger transmission is pulling well. Only snafu was a corroded fuse that blew and broke in half. Luckily (?), Barney had all he needed to replace it. Next stop is Bowling Green, KY!
Our slide out keeps blowing the fuse, and our hand crank doesn’t seem to help. The headquarters for the company building our style of RV is only about 10 miles off our planned drive. We’re going to call early Friday morning to see if someone can help us with this warranty issue. Lord, help!
They said to “come on” so they could fix our problem. And then we got to see an RV like ours being built.
