We’re spending the week with Susie in Raleigh. She was my roommate in California when Barney and I met. Susie and I have spent time together here, there, and in Windsor, England, when she worked there a couple of years. That was a great trip that included France, Scotland, and Wales.
Last December Susie moved into a new home, and we got to be her first guests! Lovely home, warm southern hospitality, delicious meals, and friendly cats.
While we don’t have pets at home, her two cats have welcomed us, most of the time. Such personalities!
Susie just started a part-time job at her local church, and we got to welcome her home after her first half day of work. God is so good to her.
